A: Orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order. From that point, it takes about 5-7 days before you recieve your order. All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Shipments outside the United States do not go ground.

Q: What if I place an order and it turns out that the item is out of stock?

A: We try to keep every item on our page in stock at all times.   Items not in stock cannot be ordered online.  Please send and e-mail so that we can notify you when the item will be available. 

Q: What are the shipping charges and is sales tax charged?

A: Shipping is calculated by the method and distance being sent to.   Sales tax is charged on merchandise and shipping  in TX and CA.

Q:  What is the method of payment?

A:   Credit cards accepted are Master Card, Visa, Discover and American  Express via PayPal services.  Please be sure you enter your information correctly as it appears on you billing statement.  .

Q:   How long are gift crards good?

A:    Gift cards are good for two times from time of receipt.
